Artist's Comments

A nice branched strike happens very close to home. This storm moved very slowly providing me a couple hours of fun.

You have to wait for the storm to be just passing you, or approaching and set up ahead of it. If you have any questions let me know, the only way to shoot when its raining is under a covered area or from a car if you have a window mount for your camera.

Put your camera in TV (Shutter Priority) and then set it to "Bulb" mode and use a cable release, just open the shutter till a bolt hits in the frame!
